- November 5, 1940 - Elections take place in Puerto Rico. (Event found in 2 files)
- June 3, 1943 - Pedro Albizu Campos leaves the Atlanta Penitentiary after being paroled. (Event found in 3 files)
- June 6, 1943 - Pedro Albizu Campos enters Columbus Hospital in New York City to recover from health problems linked to his six years in prison. (Event found in 2 files)
- August 15, 1943 - The first Congreso Pro Independencia is held in San Juan with the attendance of 1,800 delegates from throughout the Island and an audience of around 10,000 persons. (Event found in 2 files)
