Congressman José E. Serrano
Official website of U.S. Rep. José E. Serrano (D-NY). Mr. Serrano represents the 16th Congressional District of New York, in the Bronx. He serves on the House Appropriations Committee as Ranking Democrat on the Subcommittee on Commerce, Justice, State and the Judiciary, and as a senior member of the newly created Appropriations Subcommittee on Homeland Security.
