This set contains 31 volumes and a total of 4,365 pages. According to FBI notations, the FOIPA Office considered a total of 4,441 pages and decided not to release 76 of them (1.7% of the total). Another 65 pages were considered "duplicative" of others found elsewhere in the PAC or other file.

The declassification process took place from March 14, 2000 to March 20, 2000. The file was delivered to the office of Congressman Serrano on May 17, 2000 and transferred to the Center for Puerto Rican Studies for processing on September of that year.

The file spans from January 15, 1936 to July 29, 1965. The release of this file is considered complete.

This set consist of one large volume containing documents released by the FBI prior to the Serrano initiative. The same pages, but less redacted, are also included in the first two volumes of the main PAC collection. While in the original declassification of this volume the FBI retained close to 33% of the pages, in 2000 only 5% of the pages were withheld.
